A talk by Bruce Cheape to Mull Historical Society in 1986.

Hugh Bruce Ismay Cheape was born in 1919. He was the son of Brig.-Gen. George Ronald Hamilton Cheape and Margaret Bruce Ismay.
He married Moira Olive James, daughter of W/Cdr. Sir Archibald William Henry James and Bridget Mary Idol Guthrie, on 17 October 1947.
He died on 8 May 2010
He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)
Hugh Bruce Ismay Cheape usually went by his middle name of Bruce.
He lived at South Lodge, Isle of Mull, Scotland
