I’m delighted to present to you 4 podcasts by the young people of Bunessan, Dervaig, Lochdonhead and Ulva Primaries sharing songs and poems that they wrote, conversations they had with local people and experimental sound collages of the world around their schools.
The project was funded by Treòir, an initiative from Fèisean nan Gàidheal funded by Year of Stories from Visit Scotland, across Scotland’s island communities.
The workshops were lead by Hannah Fisher and myself, Alasdair Satchel.
The project took place in the spring and summer of 2022.
